The Forum 2023
Postglobalization Horizons
The two days saw eight sessions covering a wide range of questions put under discussion, starting from the rivalry between China and the US and ending with the relations between Russia and the Baltic states.
The forum traditionally heard a speech by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who presented his vision of the current world order and answered questions from the participants. A special session of the second day was devoted to discussing nuclear cooperation. It was attended by Alexey Likhachev, Director General of the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.
